Our Centres were the result of trying to combine different flavours & textures into a single biscuit.
We have always loved milk chocolate & hazelnuts, & more recently have discovered the joy of dark chocolate & raspberry. Combinations made in baking heaven.
We bake all butter shortbread rounds, pipe on either dark chocolate & raspberry ganache or a hazelnut praline, enrobe in sustainable cocoa 70% dark chocolate & then hand sprinkle freeze dried raspberries
