Our Curls are our newest creation. The brief was simple. How much chocolate can you get around our all butter shortbread biscuit? You can only enrobe a biscuit with a certain amount of chocolate.
So we decided to sprinkle as many chocolate curls as possible on top. Most stay on top. Some end up at the bottom of the box, for the lucky person who has the last one. Sometimes, coming last, has its benefits.
We bake all butter shortbread rounds. We then enrobe them in the richest, creamiest sustainable chocolate. Finally we sprinkle chocolate curls, until we can add no more.
